Purchase Tutorial - How to Order Your Products / Services with Us

Welcome to Eska! As we strive to provide you with the best services, we believe it is essential that you understand how this website works and how you can get the best out of your orders with us. That is why we created this tutorial for your perusal.

    Before you continue, make sure you are logged in to our website. You can do so by:

    • Select the Sign In button on top right corner.
    • Username and Password field will pop up below it.
    • Fill in your credentials and select Log In.

     

    First time using our website to order your services? Please be reminded that you need to complete your first order with us to get an account.

    Browse through our range of products. In the product page, you will sometimes see options (such as the product Cut (Shampoo, Cutting, Blow Dry) for Women.

    1. This product has 2 options, Creative Stylist and Senior Stylist. Click on whichever options you want.
      Final Total price below the options will change according to the option you choose.
    2. Once you have confirmed with everything, click on Add to Cart.

    Once you added to cart, your service will be ready for processing. To check out your item in cart:

    1. Go to My Cart on top right corner. There will be a drop-down of your item in cart.
    2. If you want to remove the item in cart, select the trash icon on the right side of each respective item in cart.
    3. Select the View Cart to enter cart page in order to make changes to items added into your cart. Select Checkout to process your order.

    If you chose View Cart, you will be redirected to cart page. In the cart page, you can:

    1. Choose quantity selector if you are ordering for more.
    2. If you want to remove the item in cart, select remove on the right side of quantity selector after each item.
    3. The Update Cart is to update your changes in cart. If you are ready with your cart items, select Checkout to process your order.

    In this checkout page, you will need to enter your billing information and payment details.

    1. Select Click Here to Enter Your Code if you receive promotional discount coupon from us.
    2. Fill in your billing information as required by us to process your order.
    3. Fill in Order Notes for any special request. Check the button Send me promos and product updates
       if you want to subscribe to our newsletter.

    This is the order payment section. The payment method choice that is currently available are:

    1. Bank Transfer. Transfer to our bank account in Singapore and Indonesia. Note that we have maximum 48 hours (2 days) policy, so you have to make the transfer before then.
    2. Pay Upon Arrival. You can choose to place the order which acts as booking confirmation. Note that you have extra 10% charge on your order that is processed for payment upon arrival.
    3. Paypal. You can pay with Paypal, upon which booking will be confirmed straight away after payment has been made.
    4. Pay with Eska Points. You can earn Eska Points after purchasing from us, upon which the point can be used to redeem discounts on next purchase or even redeem services completely.
