ESKA Home Services Terms & Conditions
These terms create a legally binding agreement between you and ESKA Home Service. You are accepting and agreeing to use the services in accordance with the terms and conditions below.
While using ESKA Home Services, you are strictly prohibited to do any inappropriate behavior and words, sexual, drug use and alcohol drinking.
HOURS OF OPERATION
Operating hours of ESKA Home Service is 10.00 – 20.00.
USE OUR PLATFORM SERVICE
To use our home service, customers must reserve an order through the ESKA’s official website, apps or business whatsapp service.
In order to provide our services, we may collect personal data from you. Please provide real data for safety reason.
We serve home service in city area. If your location is out of our service coverage, there will be an extra transportation cost and limited time service.
Please notice if you have any special condition (ex: injury, allergy, pregnancy, nursing, etc). It is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate information at the time of reserve.
Failure to provide complete and accurate information or unclear location may result in a rejection of your order request.
Your payment details will be shown after finishing order. Confirmation notice will be occurred once the payment done. We only accept payment via bank transfer.
The price of treatments and transportation charges varies according to the type and duration of the treatment and location.
You acknowledge that you do not have any statutory right to cancel an order made. However, unless there is a case of emergency, you have entitlement to cancel any order you have made through us at least 24 hours before the appointment start time. You are entitled only to reschedule your appointment. For cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment start time will be no refund.
EXTENTION & DELAYS
If you wish to extend the time, you need to make a new order via business whatsapp +62 812-7081-5561 with full payment then show the code to our staff.
If you are delayed and unable to start treatment at the appointment time by more than 15 minutes, then staff entitled to end the treatment at the time agreed when the booking was made without making any adjustment to treatment fee.
ESKA Home Service only provide by ESKA Wellness Spa Massage & Salon. Customer must ensure that the staff who come are official of ESKA Home Service team. Make sure staff wear ESKA uniforms and show the booking code that matches with your order.
